Misleading application, I was charged incorrectly in my store and I simply can't get service. My store has never sold for exactly 30 days. I installed the app to find out and because it said the trial was free, I no longer used the platform and they sent me a bill for $248.00, and I can't get service. Be careful, if you have a problem, it is very difficult to solve. in addition to the very expensive cost.

Not great. Set up my products and the orders started coming in… However they, Printify, put a hold on my payment method for 24-72 hours. Some orders were processed and shipped. So I’m not sure why a handful or order and recent orders are being held. Makes zero sense to me. And if I want to add money to the Printify account, I can’t use a card, I have to use google pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. it’s not convenient at all. So yeah, pretty not great first impressions.

Worse, you buy an item coming from Amazon from a seller selling it even higher than many other sellers, and you are supposed to sell it on your store, applying a margin of at least 30% to cover fees? Ex: Seller from Amazon on Zendrop sells item at $ 369 while many other sellers sell the same item at $ 305/310....you don't have a choice but to buy at $ 369 because you were stupid enough to pay for a subscription, then sell at least at $ 490 to cover the fees, and make what? Now you are 60/70 % more expensive than average sellers on Amazon!!....Are you going to sell dozens upon dozens of this item when everybody sees everything going on online, particularly on the main marketplace Amazon....You have free apps now very easy to use that can compare prices for you in a fraction of a second and tells you where to buy!....Let's call it by its name.....!

I'm looking through Spocket for the millionth time after installing and reinstalling it. The real variety of products is in the aliexpress section which are just links to aliexpress products/sellers, not only can you import aliexpress for free with DSers, but blindly adding aliexpress linked products from spocket to your store is one sure way to ruin your reputation before you even start. Why? Most aliexpress products now are promoted by "CHOICE," the aliexpress version of Amazon, meaning aliexpress and choice will be all over the package your customer recieves. Meanwhile the US options are literally just random things added by random sellers they allow on the platform, looks like a thrift shop, bad images, immature and vague description etc, and we're expected to pay $40 just to get started building a thriftshop lol. Not to mention that their listings are so high expecting you to be okay with a few dollars, as if youre not going to be investing in paid ads which leaves you nothing.

Last night I asked syncee for help regarding Shopho.Co (Shopho, in syncee) a supplier of theirs that resulted in me losing tons of business, they asked me to delete my review here first, since the team can only help me post that. Their team is great, no doubt! The only trouble is Syncees inventory management, lack of vetting of suppliers, sometimes payment trouble and resolution if a supplier harasses or insults you! I had to cancel an order of 15 products due to inventory issues between syncee and the supplier. While syncee shows 11 products, the supplier claims the product was discontinued sometime back. Initially I had trouble paying for my order, syncee helped, I managed to pay. Post paying for my order, I reached out to the supplier (Shopho) over WhatsApp who told me that the product is out of stock and has been for ages. I asking for a refund, the supplier said “haha” and I had to raise a dispute over PayPal. After this the supplier resorted to harassing me over WhatsApp and name calling. I had reported this to syncee, they are ok with such behaviour and do not ban such suppliers from their platform. They don’t even have a policy in place for such behaviour. It’s a shame that such suppliers will only bring their business down considerably. Syncee is full of glitches that result in loss of business. They don’t have a vetting process for suppliers, they don’t display authentic numbers of products available with the supplier and somehow let the supplier cancel after payment goes through. The supplier said he didn’t feel like dealing with my order - resulting in a big loss of clients. Ps; when I asked ShopHo for my money back I got a “haha” and the following day this person hurled abused over WhatsApp! Incredibly unprofessional!

I installed and uninstalled the app on the same day - it isn't a viable business option from within South Africa regardless of what the app says. I have now been charged for the subscription fee. Within Shopify if the app is uninstalled the subscription is terminated for most apps. I can't for sure remember if I actively cancelled my subscription with Spocket (I've tried a LOT of apps) but this is the only app that still charges subscription despite the store being disconnected from them. Proof enough is that I don't have a time period of using the app next to my name on this review. I have been told the matter will be escalated and I will hear back from them in 24 - 72 hours but that doesn't stop a fairly large charge now sitting on my credit card.

This is a scam! Why NOT to use this: 1) They push you to sign up for their trial. Even when you cancel right away, they continue to charge you. I've tried to cancel three times and have been charged $300 U.S since. They refuse to refund me. 2) Their prices are way too high on the products. It's impossible to make any money with them. 3) Their positive reviews are one of two: Fake (You can tell from the "names" of the stores) or They are from people that got paid in credits from Spocket as soon as they downloaded the app. The only way this app makes their money is from getting users to upgrade, and then their app not working properly when you try to cancel. Just read the other 1 star reviews before you sign up.

There is no option to put in an FPO address, with no FPO option there is no way for me to use the platform. Called Customer Services and was on the phone for 2 hours to try to fix the issue and was not able to add the address. I kept getting told that they would call me back in 24 hours with an answer. I had to ask for an hour to talk to a manager, then the manager told me that she would talk to the billing department and was going to call me in 24 hours. I told them that I have not been able to use the platform because of this and requested a refund and was told that the manager could not do it and had to ask the billing department to do it and was not sure if it was possible.

Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy. I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it. They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back. Apparently even though I had no store, I still had to decide within 5 days if I was happy with it or not! They said they would give me the store but not a refund, I did not want to continue with a company that provides misleading information to get you to sign up and then doesn't do what they say.

On top of that, their so-called “non-refundable policy” is unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not be tricked into paying more than the advertised price, and then be denied a refund. I’ve been using Zopi since last year, and honestly, it used to be one of the best free dropshipping tools out there. You could actually import a decent amount of products, test new ideas, and build your store without hitting a wall every few minutes. But now? They’ve completely ruined it. They’ve limited the number of products you can add so badly it’s basically useless. Back then, you could import way more enough to test multiple niches and see what sells. Now, it’s like they’re purposely choking the free users just to force upgrades. The whole “credits” idea they added made everything worse. Instead of focusing on making the app better or giving more features, they decided to limit how many products you can add, so you hit a wall faster and have to pay. It’s super obvious all they care about now is getting more and more money out of users, not actually helping people start their dropshipping business.
