I don't understand what the need was to upgrade the system when everything was working perfectly fine! For no reason they decided to make changes and have created a mess! Suddenly, they have created new tabs for aliexpress and unmapped orders which creates more work because you can not place order from unmappped orders tab. As soon as you manually add a new supplier, it goes to a different tab and you need to place an order there! Seriously looking for an alternative now!

Everything seems great until you realize that the words “automatic” and “integration” only work one way. Scammers target new businesses because both Printify and Shopify allow gaps to exist for new sellers—and scammers know this very well. ONLY ORDERS ARE FILLED AUTOMATICALLY. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE ON EACH PLATFORM SEPARATELY. Shopify tells you that since the order is unfulfilled and the stores are connected, both accounts will stay synchronized—and that is false. Do not fall into the massive gap they leave open.

Several issues occur at every step, from importing products to simply browsing their product library or paying for the orders: cache needs to be cleaned endless numbers of times, product library crashes often, only credit cards are accepted (not debit) and this is not said anywhere until you discover it at the checkout for the first order. Assistance takes days to solve the easiest issues, apart from the amazing Prinz who is always super quick and effective. Thank you Prinz!
