At ETdropship, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, returns, and refunds. ETdropship will process refunds within 24-48 hours after approval.

Shipping & Order Processing

We provide global shipping services. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your customer's address.

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Trackable shipping numbers will be provided after shipment
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, volume, and selected shipping method

Estimated Shipping Times (Normal Conditions)

Under normal logistics operations, estimated shipping times are as follows (excluding processing time):

  • United States: Approximately 7-12 business days (Remote areas and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported)
  • United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most European countries: Approximately 7-12 business days
  • Canada / Australia / New Zealand: Approximately 7-12 business days
  • South America: Approximately 10-25 business days
  • Other countries or regions: Approximately 10-40 business days

Important Notes

(a) The above shipping times are reference estimates. Actual delivery may be extended due to international logistics uncertainties, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspection efficiency
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unexpected public events
  • Flight or shipping schedule adjustments
  • Changes in national trade policies

These situations are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

(b) The listed shipping times do not include order processing time (typically 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays).

(c) Shipping time is calculated from the package shipment date, not the order date.

(d) Shipping times displayed on the website are based on historical logistics data and are for reference only, not as the sole basis for refunds or claims.

Shipping Guarantee

We take order fulfillment seriously and provide the following shipping guarantees:

  • Orders shipped to United States, Europe, South Asia, and East Asia: Maximum delivery time of 45 days (excluding remote areas)
  • Orders shipped to other countries or regions: Maximum delivery time of 90 days
  • Orders shipped from local warehouses in United States, EU, France, Spain, Russia, and Australia: Guaranteed delivery within 30 days

If your package has not been received within the above guarantee period, we will assist in initiating a logistics investigation and arrange a refund or reshipment after confirming the issue.

Situations Not Eligible for Full Refund

The following situations do not qualify for full refunds:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
  • Delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, extreme weather, war, pandemics, etc.
  • Lost or stolen orders without shipping guarantee or insurance
  • Delays due to public holidays, customs inspections, or other reasons beyond our control

If the package is still within the guarantee period, it will not be considered a lost order.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, we sincerely apologize.

For most new and unused products, we support return requests within 14 days after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact ETdropship customer service through your Account Support Rep in the dashboard, or via email/WhatsApp
  2. Send photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of any disputes (if applicable)
  3. Provide the order number and detailed description of the issue

What you need to provide:

  • A. Photos/videos of the damaged item: Please send us materials to prove the damage or issue
  • B. Screenshots of disputes: If applicable, include name, date and content. For example, customer complaints/disputes raised through PayPal Dispute, email, chat window, etc.
  • C. (Optional) Tracking number: If ETdropship asks for a return of the item, you need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it

Please note: The money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card), or it will be refunded to your account balance. We recommend refunding the money to the balance for faster processing. You can use the balance to pay for new orders or withdraw at any time you want.

Cases That Qualify for Refunds

1. Damaged Products

If the arrived product is damaged, ETdropship offers a full refund or replacement. Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

2. Incorrect or Missing Products

ETdropship has strict quality control standards. We check every product before delivery. If any of the following circumstances exist, we offer a full refund or replacement:

  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Product with wrong color, size, etc.
  • Product with missing components

Please note: You don't need to return the incorrect product. We will refund or resend the right one to you. If you have any questions about size, please provide photos of the measurement. Make sure that you measure the item using the correct method.

3. Products Out of Stock

ETdropship offers a full refund if the product is out of stock. We will notify you and make the refund or replacement.

4. Products Unable to Ship

ETdropship offers a full refund if the product cannot be shipped. Due to limited transportation options, some products may not have proper shipping methods available. We will notify you in time and make the refund.

5. Delayed Orders

ETdropship offers a full refund if the order is delayed beyond the guarantee period. Delay is counted from the date that the package leaves ETdropship warehouse:

  • Normal circumstances: More than 30 days for USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada
  • Other regions: More than 60 days for South America, Middle East, India, Africa
  • Busy season: More than 40 days during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.
  • Unforeseen circumstances: Such as epidemics, etc. Please pay attention to our notification emails and messages

Please note: Order delays caused by delivery pending, such as insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc., ETdropship will not refund you.

6. Cancel Orders

ETdropship offers a full refund if the order is canceled before the product is shipped. However, we will not offer a refund if the following circumstances exist:

  • POD orders: We will not refund you as the product is customized
  • Orders with Branding Project: Orders with Branding Project cannot be canceled after 48 hours of payment

7. Missing Packages

ETdropship offers a full refund if the package is missing during delivery and exceeds the shipping guarantee period.

8. Product Warranty

ETdropship offers a warranty for all products. The warranty period is 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we don't support refunds unless otherwise specified.

Cases That Do Not Qualify for Refunds

1. Order Delivered

ETdropship will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info shows "order delivered."

2. Package Unclaimed

If the package is unclaimed, it will be destroyed by the local carrier within a certain period. ETdropship will not offer a refund for unclaimed packages.

3. Tracking Information Alert

ETdropship will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info alerts. The following reasons may cause the alert:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address
  • Refused package
  • Customs clearance issues
  • Non-existing number
  • Unknown recipient

4. Disputes Denied

The following disputes will be denied:

No Tracking Info:

ETdropship will deny your dispute if the tracking info expired. Generally, the post office will keep tracking information of the order for 180 days.

Shipping Option:

ETdropship will deny the dispute if you choose certain shipping options that do not support refunds. Please check with customer service for specific shipping methods.

Force Majeure:

ETdropship will deny the dispute of any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Other Reasons:

  • Your customer does not like the product
  • Item doesn't match the listing description, such as inaccurate measurement (unless proven with photos)
  • Product smells unusual (unless it affects product functionality)

Dispute Policy

Expiration Date of Raising Dispute

You can raise a dispute within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be processed.

Return Policy

ETdropship does not suggest you return products because the shipping cost is high and sometimes higher than the product value. Also, it takes months to deliver the package, which will affect the processing time.

If you urge to return the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:

  • You need to return the product within 14 days after receiving it
  • The product must be in good condition and does not affect secondary sales
  • You need to pay the shipping cost
  • You can only return the product to ETdropship China warehouse (contact customer service for the address)
  • If you've returned the product, please send the tracking number to our customer service

Return Request Process

1. Issues During Use

If you encounter any problems while using the product, we recommend contacting our customer service team first. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

2. Wrong Product / Damage / Quality Issues

If you receive a product with any of the following conditions:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Product damage
  • Obvious quality issues

Please contact us through the following methods and specify:

  • The product that needs to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or reshipment

Please also provide clear photos or videos for our verification.

Return Shipping Instructions

After receiving our return instructions, please pack the product together with the original packaging and all original accessories.

We will provide you with the corresponding return address.

Refund & Processing Time

ETdropship will process refunds within 24-48 hours after approval. Most returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned package (if return is required).

Based on your choice, we will arrange:

  • Refund to original payment method (PayPal or credit card), or
  • Refund to your account balance (recommended for faster processing), or
  • Reshipment

Refund processing time may vary depending on bank processing speed. If refund is delayed or not received, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank for assistance.

Special Notes

  • If return is due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer, reshipment shipping fees will be borne by the buyer
  • We only provide exchange services for defective or damaged products
  • If you need to exchange the same product, please contact us in advance for confirmation

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days after receiving the product to decide if you are satisfied. If you need to return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Disposable products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Products that have been modified or processed
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" and free gifts

Return Requirements:

  • Products must remain in unused condition with original packaging
  • We do not accept products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or modified
  • Do not ship returns directly to the shipping address on the package—returns must be sent to the return address we provide

Shipping Fee Notes:

  • Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer
  • We do not offer collect-on-delivery (COD) services
  • Original shipping fees and shipping guarantee fees are non-refundable

Important: Please carefully inspect the product before shipping the return. We will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

Refund Process

  1. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email
  2. Once approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be returned to your original payment account
  3. Refund processing time may vary depending on bank processing speed

If Refund is Delayed or Not Received:

  • First, please check your bank account
  • If not received, please contact your credit card company
  • If problems persist, please contact your bank for assistance
