- Technical issues preventing service usage
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions
2. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized products that have entered production
- Digital products that have been downloaded
- Services that have been fully completed
- Shipping costs (unless the order was our error)
