What if the customer says delivered but they did not receive the package?

We request proof of delivery (POD) from the local carrier, verify GPS/scan data, and coordinate reship or refund when service-side responsibility is confirmed. Sellers should collect apartment/unit details at checkout to reduce misdelivery.
